Ready to Feel the Burn?

We spend a lot of time in this column talking about the tools you can use to become more productive and get more done in your day. Most of these tools involve software or physical products. But if you don’t take care of your health, the rest of it doesn’t really matter.

But I Don’t Have Time to Exercise!

That’s probably true, and you don’t have time to work on your business or on your personal relationships either. But in all of these cases, one of two things happens: either you make time, or you pay the price for ignoring these important areas of your life.

There are lots of alternatives to work on your fitness: you can run, walk, or bike in your neighborhood. You can join a gym, health club, or local YMCA. Or you can get one of the DVD training programs like P-90X, Insanity, or the original: Tae Bo.

There are challenges with each of these options, of course: it’s tough to get motivated if you’re training on your own; joining a club can be costly, and requires you to actually “go” somewhere; and I know several people who have injured themselves doing some of the more “aggressive” DVD programs.

And when you travel frequently, like I do, it becomes more difficult than if you stay in town most of the time.

Fortunately, I’ve found a “best of both worlds” solution I want to share with you.

Welcome to Daily Burn!

With the advent of high-speed Internet access and with Wi-Fi access available virtually anywhere, webbased video has  finally come into its own as a “delivery vehicle.

Access to Your Fitness Program Wherever You Are

This means you no longer need to be tethered to a DVD player or a health club; your workout area can be in your bedroom or your garage; and when you’re traveling, a hotel room–pretty much anywhere you have internet access and a phone, tablet, or computer. Plus, you can stream Daily Burn through your game console, Smart TV, or Roku player.

What Program Should I Do?

If you watch any late-night TV, you’ll see infomercials for all sorts of workout, exercise, and fitness programs. They all look good, and they all have testimonials from people who went from “couch potato” to “super model” in just 90 days.

So how do you choose? Easy: don’t choose–get them all! Because there are nine different programs included in Daily Burn, so you can start with the one that’s most appropriate for where you are now, and then switch it up when you’re ready for a change. You really won’t have to look anywhere else; and if you work out with a friend, you’ll have the ultimate combination of motivation and convenience.

Yeah, But What Does It Cost?

Not much at all–about $0.35 a day, which is really nothing when you compare it to other options that would cost more and offer you less.

You invest a lot of time, money, and effort on your business–shouldn’t you invest at least as much in your own well being? You really can’t operate at peak performance if you’re not taking care of yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically.

A consistent exercise program can be a major part of this, and is somethingyou should look into.
